As executive chef of The Herbfarm, Chris Weber combines his passion for cooking with a love of farming and the outdoors.Chef Weber brings an attuned sensibility to the 22 different menus we design each year at The Herbfarm.

When you dine at The Herbfarm, our sommeliers will be pairing 5 or 6 wines to match the range of flavors on the nightly 9-course tasting menu. These wines are poured freely, within common sense limits, throughout the evening and are included with your dinner.

The Herbfarm offers you a unique and memorable evening with a level of food, wine, and ambience simply not available in a catered situation.
The Herbfarm's private Founders Room (pictured above) seats up to 14 and is available on any service evening or on other days by prior arrangement. Our intimate Chef's Study Library (pictured right) can accommodate a half-dozen guests.
For groups of 50 to 90, you may also book the entire restaurant. This is ideal for business "thank yous" and important personal milestones. A number of nights are set aside for private bookings (see a complete list of themes). We are happy to work with you on dates and details. Call (425) 485-5300
